Lychee Martini |

lychee martiniIf you haven't already been converted to the light, sweet & refreshing taste of the Lychee Martini, we're pretty sure you will be soon...!

2 oz (or 60 ml) vodka (try to use a good quality vodka)
half oz (or 15 ml) white vermouth
2 lychees (in syrup from a can is OK, but if you can get your hands on some fresh lychees... heaven!)

Put one lychee in the bottom of a martini glass, then put the glass in the freezer for 15 minutes so that the glass and the lychee are very cold.
Put the other lychee, the vodka, vermouth and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. (If you don't have a cocktail shaker, combine ingredients in a tall glass and stir and muddle well.)
Strain and pour into the chilled martini glass over the lychee.
