Espresso Martini |

espresso martiniTaking today's cafe culture to the next level, this delicious Espresso Martini is perfect at either end of the evening: as a party starter or a nightcap!

1 oz (or 30 ml) cold espresso
1.5 oz (or 45 ml) vodka (or vanilla vodka, if you have it - yum!)
1.5 oz (or 45 ml) coffee liqueur (I like Kahlua, but each to their own...)
1 oz (or 30ml) white creme de cacao
coffee beans, to serve (optional)

Combine espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, creme de cacao and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Put a coffee bean in the bottom of a chilled martini glass, then strain and pour the martini into the glass, over the coffee bean.
Serve immediately so it's still frothy!
