Coconut Pineapple Martini Ingredients
1 oz. Pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz. Coconut Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Vodka
Coconut Pineapple Martini Directions
Pour into cocktail shaker.
Add crushed ice and let chill for 10 seconds.
Shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
An interesting twist on the coconut-pineapple martini is the Pineapple Upside-down Martini. Ingredients are:
3/4 oz. Vanilla Vodka, 3/4 oz. Amaretto, 1/4 oz. coconut rum, 3/4 oz. pineapple juice, a splash of grenadine.
Using the first four ingredients, mix together and pour over ice cubes. Strain the mixture and pour into a chilled martini glass. Add a splash of grenadine and serve.
